Cleanliness: The hotel was super clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Hotel facilities: The spa treatments were amazing and the discounted rates were a great bonus. Location near a very good Metro line: The hotel's proximity to a Metro station made it easy for us to explore the city. Excellent restaurant: The set menu lunch at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic and provided great value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect - close to the metro station and in a quiet area. The service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities like the ironing facilities and in-room safe were great. The spa and wellness centre was a lovely feature, with a steam room and a great massage. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. I loved the staff here too - they were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing, with a poor selection of fresh fruit and a lack of black English Breakfast tea in the breakfast room. the bath tap was faulty and couldn't be fixed, and there was no way to have just one bedside light on without disturbing the other person sleeping.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Nice staff, well-equipped room with Nescafé coffee machine and water heaters. Good location with easy access to public transport. Indoor parking available.

The breakfast was delicious and made-to-order. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and attention to detail.
