Cleanliness: The hotel was super clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Hotel facilities: The spa treatments were amazing and the discounted rates were a great bonus. Location near a very good Metro line: The hotel's proximity to a Metro station made it easy for us to explore the city. Excellent restaurant: The set menu lunch at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic and provided great value for money.

This centrally located hotel puts you right in the heart of the action, with shops and the main city square just a short walk away. Plus, the nearest metro station is conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and modern, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for local restaurants. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, offering a wide range of options to start your day right.
The restaurant's opening hours could be more accommodating for dinner, opening earlier in the evening would be helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect - close to the metro station and in a quiet area. The service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities like the ironing facilities and in-room safe were great. The spa and wellness centre was a lovely feature, with a steam room and a great massage. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. I loved the staff here too - they were very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this place to all my family without hesitation.

The hotel is also located within a short distance of the city's attractions.
The breakfast was disappointing, with a poor selection of fresh fruit and a lack of black English Breakfast tea in the breakfast room. the bath tap was faulty and couldn't be fixed, and there was no way to have just one bedside light on without disturbing the other person sleeping.
